I have over 30 years' experience providing professional, short-term, clinical, social work counselling services.
I am honoured to work with people of diverse cultures, religions, and sexual orientations. The counselling process involves developing mutually defined goals and then working toward these goals. Often, 6 to 12 sessions achieves the counselling goals. What most issues usually have in common is that they have a negative impact on our emotions; we might feel angry, scared, or generally overwhelmed.
