Life’s unpleasant experiences can have psychological, emotional, and physical effects that aren’t always easy to deal with alone. With the right help and support these can be managed. I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. I offer guidance on the healing process and will provide support as you foster change in your life. It is my calling to help people transition from a life of suffering to a life of well-being. It can be achieved when we are determined. I bring my own success story of breaking out of a cocoon of pain. I am a firm believer that we were never created to live depressed, defeated, ashamed, or unworthy. I believe we were created to be victorious, worthy, loved, and serene. I offer a solution-focused therapeutic approach.
