I specialize in working with youth, adults and families that have been impacted by anxiety, trauma, conflict, addiction and depression. I also focus on Couples/Marriage Counselling. I work with couples who are disconnected in their relationships and want to re-establish the intimacy and respect that currently feels forgotten.
I have 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in the education system. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client plays an important role in the healing process. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate sessions on evenings and weekends. I am currently accepting new clients.
