Currently I am offering counselling to individuals, groups, and consultation services to couples and families. I also offer coaching support to other counselling professionals looking to develop their skills in grief and loss, caregiver burnout/support and death/dying, as well as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, existential concerns, LGBTQ2*S, Short-Term Crisis Intervention Mental Health Counselling, and Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support Program.
Individual appointments may be conducted in the office or through eTherapy. Please contact me for further information regarding eTherapy. Couples appointments may be conducted in the office or through eTherapy. Family appointments are available for in the office only. Small group counselling is conducted through face-to-face counselling only. This option is offered in the office or in the community to schools, businesses, and community groups who may have suffered a loss or who are hoping to support someone who has suffered a loss.
