I was just one of the many girls who over-plucked her eyebrows in high school. Over-plucking is a common brow blunder women everywhere make at least once in their lives, I just made that mistake a little too often. As a result, I paid the ultimate penalty, my hair never grew back in.
Despite my efforts to grow my hair back with oils, serums, and pills, nothing made a difference and I was left with my eyebrow pencil. As the years went by, I started to become an expert at drawing on brows. I learned all the tricks of the trade. Any secret that would help my eyebrows stay on longer, I knew it. Any suggestion that might allow me to sweat in the gym without worrying my eyebrows would start running with me, I tried it. After 10 years of practice, trial and surely error, I found a shape that suits my face and became proficient. My family and friends dubbed me as the brow queen, and I developed a reputation for great eyebrows. If only they were real… Not only was it time consuming, as I would never leave my house without my brows on, but the uncertainty of what they looked like later in the day made me anxious. I started researching other ways I could create a full set of eyebrows. When I discovered microblading, I was immediately interested. The more I read, the more excited I became. It was the answer to all my prayers! I started looking in the GTA for any business that may microblade, but prices were way too expensive for my budget. After a while of saving and searching for the right place, I finally found myself a great deal and I got my brows done. It has changed my life. I am so beyond happy with the results that it would have been worth any price! I went from an extensive brow routine each day, to waking up like brow ready.
