We are devoted to helping others discover their ability to be in charge of their own lives through choice. Yes, we do choose in every moment! All healing occurs outside our safety zone. Sometimes all we have to work with is a compelling urge to want more! It is said that ” the heart has reasons that reason know not of.” From here an opening of the heart to new experiences, a stretching of the mind to embrace new thoughts and new ideas, allows for a positive way to release old patterns which can lead to dis- ease in our body – mind. Releasing the armour of protection and fear, allows healing to enter our personal experience, and returns us to our natural state and path of wholeness. Wholeness can be considered to be the state of unconditional love and complete balance, which allows each being to seek personal fulfillment and peace of mind.
