Steve Benson, one of Ottawa’s top cocktail bartenders and professional competitive flair bartender and an instructor in both for over 10 years at the post-secondary level has worked with various companies as a bartender for hire for years. In 2011, he started to realize that people were looking for something smaller and more intimate and so Ottawa Cocktails was born.
