-OSES offers almost the whole spectrum of Structural Engineering Services to companies, We have extensive experience using variety of materials in our designs including wood, concrete, masonry and steel. - Innovative Seismic Protection System, -OSES developed Continuous Serviceability Seismic Isolation System (CSIS) a seismic protection system consists of combination of the seismic bearing isolator invented by Mr. Zayas and an active damping device invented (pending) by Yakoub. CSIS works for all structures, earthquakes and site characteristics combinations. -OSES develped future alternative clean sustainable energy (WETSS), which is a very advanced wind energy station which uses mderate size wind turbines on high altitudes to generate clean, sustainable, affordable, with no noise, takes 1/500 of land requirements for current wind turbines and gives (10-30 ) times electricity in a swept area unit more than 125 m high hub and for 6m/sec up to 8 m/sec average wind speed at 10 m height respectively. WETSS generats cheap electricity, 1 cent /KWH of regular electricity consistent with demand and not affected by wind speed changes during short terms of hours, days and weeks, no noise, no flicker effects, no danger to birds. In addition, WETSS is considerably profitable where the ROA is about 15-18% and profit margine is about 400%.
