The Great Indoors HVAC Company has been family owned and operated by Cam and Mary Fehr since 1999. Assisting them is a great team of dedicated professionals committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality products.
We're as committed to our employees as we are to you. Our staff participates in training every week and receive a minimum of 80 hours of paid training per year. We also use outside training opportunities provided by various organizations, schools and manufacturers. Recently we participated in the International Service Roundtable in Phoenix, Arizona in 2014, Service Nation Boot camp in Dallas, Texas in 2013 and the Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Customer Service 'World Host' in Quesnel, BC in 2012. This March, 2016 Rhonda will be attending a three day workshop in Las Vegas, Nevada provided by Desco, the developer of our Customer Service Relations software, ESC so that we can be even better at what we do and that is providing you with exceptional service, every time. .
