30 years ago, I went across India, away from the comfort of my home, to pursue my dreams in civil engineering. For 6 years, I studied day and night to get my Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Technology. Soon after I returned home, I got married and moved to Canada in hopes of a better life for me and my family. I applied into the University of British Columbia, while holding a full-time job as a sales-rep in Electrolux. When I was accepted into the UBC Masters' Program, I had to decline because me and my wife were expecting our first child. I realized I had to make money so that I could ensure my child had a bright childhood. I put my dreams aside, and worked hard as assistant manager in Electrolux. I was rewarded as top salesman for Western Canada 3 times. Although it had it's perks, I had to leave my job at Electrolux because I was travelling too much and wasn't spending enough time with my 4 year old son. I looked for another job, and soon found a job in a dispatch office in a local taxi company. I spent about 14 years in the taxi industry as an owner-operator. Today, I am blessed with a 19 year old son, and a 14 year old daughter, and am looking to go back to my dreams. I hope I can help you make your dream home, as you help me make my dream come true.
