I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with over 20 years of rehabilitation counselling experience. I offer counselling and therapy to individuals, couples, and families in Comox, Courtenay, Campbell River, North Vancouver Island, and the larger Comox Valley. People come to counselling for many different reasons, some of which include: relationship struggles; stress, anxiety, and depression; crisis due to loss or trauma; grief and bereavement; self esteem issues; difficulty staying at or returning to work following injury; chronic illness or pain; and weight issues and eating disorders.
