Initiatives Prince George (IPG) aims to grow and diversify the economy of Prince George in order to improve quality of life, raise the standard of living for residents, increase the tax base and create new opportunities for local and incoming businesses. IPG’s 2013 Business Plan: Target, Deliver, Achieve focuses on strengthening partnerships; promoting Prince George as a preferred place to work, live and invest; and engaging with businesses to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges. The Plan builds on the successes realized through the implementation of the 2012 Business Plan: Partnering for Opportunities.
