Description
Rhythmic gymnastics combines elements of ballet, gymnastics and theatrical dance. During our classes your child will learn to feel rhythm in music and freedom in artistic movement through dance, games and music. Your child will develop and strengthen physical aptitude as well as creative talents, increase flexibility and learn fundamental skills (balances, pivots and leaps). Children will learn how to use rhythmic apparatus (ribbon, ball, hoop, rope, scarves) exercised to music, starting with simple movement and advancing to strenuous activities.
