Disappointed! Agreed on $2200 cash under the table for gas line and dwv system. He forgot to phone the inspector then went to BC so no gas for three days. All gas shut off valves look old and used, yellow handle is missing lots of paint and just look old and used, then he kept the new gas valve that I supplied him and took it home. Disappointed but not a deal breaker. The deal breaker happened when he didn't show up between 12:00 & 1:00 like he said to finish the dwv. Not even a phone call saying he cannot make it. We organized the basement for him, moved the washing machine just to name a few and no show. He says he doesn't work weekends or holidays " busy" according to him. Total "hack" in my opinion and these trade guys wonder why they have the name they do. Sad to say because I think he is just losing out on so much but I cannot recommend him to any one. Gave him one star because he does no his stuff, but there is just so much more to being successful.
