So what exactly do I offer? How can I possibly help you? Well, first off, I am solution-based. After hearing your story, I will help you find real solutions. We will track the progress and I will support you in between our sessions. I am trained in CBT. I will challenge your thoughts and processes and will teach you how to challenge your thoughts yourself. There will be tasks to complete in between our sessions. You will become an expert at recognizing your thought patterns and how it effects your behavior. I am a real person. None of this therapy lingo or constantly asking you "how did that make you feel". I ask real questions so that I can know you and your situation in a deep and intimate way. I am responsive. I actually do reply back to texts, emails and voice messages on the same day.
