Street self defence method based on Russian Special Forces, Spetsnaz training.
Learn to defend yourself from any attack (grab, hold, punch, kick, weapon) and from any position (standing, seated or on the ground). Train on all surfaces: indoors on hard floors or mats, and outdoors on grass, cement, gravel, etc. Apply special breathing techniques and conditioning to make yourself combat-ready. When: Sundays from 10:30am to 12:30pm, and Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Classes are mixed levels and open to anyone 16 years and older.
