Our inspectors are certified by InterNachi, We provide a detailed non-evasive inspection of the property you are planning to buy. We inspect your home starting from the outside, checking the roof and its perimeter. From there we check out the basement, and examine the structure, electrical, heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems in the home. After the basement we go through all the other rooms in the house, testing switches and receptacles, check plumbing fixtures, operate the doors and windows and look inside all cabinets and closets for anything unusual. Finally we inspect the attic. That adds up to several hundred items over the course of an inspection
