The gentleman, I forgot to get his name, was so helpful AFTER determining in the first minute that he would be unable to help me with my vehicle because their equipment is too strong. He was more helpful then any other heat treatment company I called where guys minimized my questions that I was asking from online suggestions and gave me accurate info. I didn't have a service but he'said a genuinely nice guy. If I had home bed bugs I'd use his service without hesitation simply due to personal integrity and humility. These people srem few and far between in this industry. Thanks for you help.
