I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I work closely with you to help you make sense of life's challenges and difficulties. We have all dealt with what seemed to be unbearable pain and difficulties. You are the expert in your life and my job is to coach you to lead a life that you desire by helping you find the hidden or forgotten strengths and skills, while creating new skills, tools, and perspectives. I specialize in individual, family and marraige/relationship counselling. I use Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy (EFT) , Narrative Therapy, CBT, and solution focused approaches in my practice.
I speak English and Persian (Farsi) fluently and can provide therapy and counselling services in both languages. I offer appointments on evenings and weekends to fit your busy schedules.
