Description
Elliot E. George has been licensed and practicing real estate in Toronto since 1999. He is known for his keen eye, perceptive ear, patience and most of all, his savvy negotiating skills and nuanced knowledge of downtown and midtown properties. Elliot has the knowledge, takes the time and makes the negotiations necessary to find the perfect property for you and will get you the best price when you are ready to sell.
Over the past decade, Elliot has worked with luxury property owners, downtown loft seekers, first time home buyers, developers and new families looking to grow. Many of his clients refer him to friends and family, and continue working with him over the years.
Elliot was born in downtown, west end Toronto. As a child he studied violin, played ice hockey, sang in the choir and had his first taste of the working life delivering the newspaper as a young boy. By high school, Elliot had already developed a keen interest in city living, which led him to pursue a degree in Urban Planning at Concordia University in Montreal.
During his time in Montreal, Elliot was responsible for lobbying the university and planning the redevelopment of the downtown campus, the corner of Guy and DeMaisonneuve where he designed a new public square. For his efforts, in 1997 he was awarded the O’Brien Medal which is awarded to the graduating student whose efforts and dedication best exemplify the values of the university within the larger external community. In 1999, Elliot began his career in real estate, and never looked back. He currently works with Royal LePage real estate services and has recently received the President's Gold Award for 2015.
Elliot listens carefully to your story, and takes the time to find you what you’re looking for. It’s about what works for you. To get some advice, ask a few questions or find out more, contact Elliot today.
