We conduct all our services under the professional codes of our industry organizations including the Canadian Institute of Bookkeeping, the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada, and the Canadian Payroll Association. Our new Clients typically join us at one of two points - when they start a business, or when their time or ability to manage their books is interfering with their time or ability to focus on their core business. At either of these two points, we meet with them to determine their needs and show them how we can help. In tailoring a service package for our clients, we ensure they are able to choose the services they want, the frequency of the service, and even the location - ours or theirs.
