We offer: • Design large scale as well as small scale projects (example a new residence, addition to a residence, office or home interior alterations and many others) both residential and commercial. • Obtain a building permit in a very short period of time*. • Prepare a construction budget. • Obtain the best prices from different trades. • Prepare time tables for the execution of the works. • Handle, on your behalf, all the paper works with different trades (signing contracts, obtaining insurance & WSIB and etc). • Supervise the works on site and coordinate the works between trades including ordering materials. • Handle the extras on the contracts. • Invite and meet City inspectors on site. • Sign-off the works and obtain occupancy permits
