What facilitation is . . .
To facilitate means “to make easy”. This means that, as facilitators, our job is to make it easy for you to make whatever changes you set out to make.
Time For Change Facilitation is skill-based. We tailor our services to your individual needs. We’ll use a number of different techniques to identify and clarify the steps that need to be taken and then we’ll work through those steps. As we do this, we’ll learn more about the factors that come into the change process and we’ll work on them as well.
Our job is to help you define the process, to hold you accountable and to help you navigate the roadblocks that interfere with your ability to accomplish your goals.
Facilitation is defined and immediate:
- set realistic goals
- move forward to achieve them directly
